Return Claim Guidelines

To ensure a smooth and fair process for all return claims related to damaged products, please follow these guidelines strictly.

1. Unboxing Video (Mandatory)

A continuous, uncut 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory for all returns. The video must show:

  • The shipping label clearly
  • The initial opening of the outer box and inner packaging
  • Detailed view of the damage on the product itself

Claims without a valid unboxing video will unfortunately be rejected.

2. Reporting Window

Any damage or defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this window will not be entertained as we cannot verify if the damage occurred post-delivery.

3. Condition of the Product

The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Any sign of use (especially for bongs and accessories) will void the return claim even if the product was received damaged.

4. Evidence Submission

All evidence (video and photos) must be sent to support@vapesbongs.com with a clear subject line: [Return Claim] - [Your Order Number].
